【Store manager position】
・General in-store duties
・Various operational duties related to store management (ordering, inventory management, etc.)
・Management of various sales indicators (sales/cost/profit, etc.), part-time worker management (including recruitment and training)
・Customer attraction, sales promotion, and product planning and development support (in cooperation with headquarters staff)
・Interactions/negotiations with the hotel and headquarters
【Staff position】
・Preparation, creation, and provision of menus
・Other store operation duties (ordering, inventory management, etc.)
・Training of part-time staff
・Support for store manager duties (interactions with the hotel, posting on social media, etc.)
Application details
- Starting salary
- 211,000 yen or more *Preferential treatment will be given based on experience according to our company regulations / Transportation expenses (up to 18,000 yen)
- Salary increase
- Once a year (salary increase based on position and points according to the published salary scale)
- Bonus
- Twice a year (plus a closing bonus at the end of January depending on annual performance)
- Location
- 363 Urayasu, Nagashima-cho, Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture

- Shift system based on each store's opening hours.
